Medical Tourism Association honors Dr. Daniel Kelly: 4 points

The Medical Tourism Association honored Daniel Kelly, MD, for excellence in international oncology.

1. Dr. Kelly is the director of the Brain Tumor Center at Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif.

 

2. Over the course of his career, Dr. Kelly has performed more than 1,600 craniotomies for brain and skull base tumors.

 

3. “Dr. Kelly has helped to advance a new era of neurosurgery, one in which brain tumors and those of the skull base can be removed through smaller, more precise openings,” said Renée-Marie Stephano, president of the Medical Tourism Association.

 

4. According to Mr. Stephano, Dr. Kelly has shared his practices with patients and physicians worldwide.
