Gallion’s iHarbor cloud platform improved bill-only transactions, which were previously done manually at the health system. It was implemented in 2021 and has been deployed across UMM’s 11 hospitals.

Completion time using the automated system was reduced 75% and the error rate was lowered from 18% to 3%.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
