The Joint Commission Accredits Kaiser Permanente’s Vacaville Neurosurgery Program

The Joint Commission has granted accreditation to the program in neurosurgery at Kaiser Permanente’s Vacaville (Calif.) Medical Center, according to a report from The Reporter.

VMC received a perfect rating on the accreditation survey and did not have any patient care standards out of compliance.
 
The VMC neurosurgery program has 15 neurosurgeons and has imaging technology that allows for robot-assisted spine and brain surgery.
