Dr. Raymond Gardocki joins Vanderbilt ahead of endoscopic spine program launch

Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., hired Raymond Gardocki, MD, as associate professor of orthopedic surgery in October.

Three things to know:

 1. Dr. Gardocki is a spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive, endoscopic and awake outpatient surgery with a focus on adult degenerative pathology.

2. He will help develop Vanderbilt's endoscopic spine program, which will launch in 2021.

3. Most recently, he was associate professor of minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery at Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tenn.
