Dr. Jeffrey Gross donates to COVID-19 Relief Fund

Neurosurgeon Jeffrey Gross, MD, recently donated to the COVID-19 Relief Fund, helping the World Health Organization raise funding for those impacted by the pandemic, the Digital Journal reports.

Four things to know:

1. Donations go toward research to track and understand the spread of COVID-19, the development of a vaccine and providing the care and vital resources needed to patients and front-line healthcare workers.

2. In 2016, Dr. Gross founded Spine, a private practice with locations in Henderson, Nev., and Newport Beach, Calif.

3. He specializes in the treatment of spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and spinal tumors, among other conditions.

4. Dr. Gross is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and a member of the North American Spine Society and Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
