Dr. Ryan Gocke joins OrthoVirginia

OrthoVirginia welcomed Ryan Gocke, MD, to its practice, according to the Henrico Citizen.

 

Dr. Gocke is a spine surgeon who previously spent time with the United States Special Operations Command and was a SEAL Team Spine Surgeon. He also took part in several combat deployments prior to joining OrthoVirginia.

He has a special interest in cervical disc replacement, computer assisted robotic spine surgery, minimally invasive procedures and spinal fusions. Dr. Gocke earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed his fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and AO Spine.

OrthoVirginia officially welcomed Dr. Gocke to its Chippenham location on July 1. The Richmond-based practice includes more than 100 physicians and 22 office location.
