10 spine, neurosurgeon moves in March

Here are 10 spine surgeons and neurosurgeons that joined new institutions or took on new roles within the past month.

Spine surgeon Keith Osborn, MD, joined Cummings, GA.-based Northside Hospital Orthopaedic Institute.

Wailuku, Hawaii-based Maui Health System added two neurosurgeons: Joe Ulloth, MD, and Christopher Taleghani, MD.

Bayhealth Neurosurgery in Dover, Del., hired Amit Goyal, MD, a neurosurgeon who completed his fellowship at the Centre for Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery in Sydney, Australia.

Bayhealth Neurosurgery also named Dawn Tartaglione, DO, its new medical directory.

Neurosurgeon Timothy Spencer, DO, joined Mount Pleasant, Mich.-based McLaren Central Michigan.

PeaceHealth named neurosurgery Andrea Halliday, MD, the chief medical officer and chief clinical officer.

Norwalk, Ohio-based Fisher-Titus Health added Tim Moore, MD, to its spine surgery staff.

Doug Beacham III, DO, joined The Spine Clinic of Oklahoma City.

Penn Medicine opened a new $10 million spine center at Philadelphia-based Pennsylvania Hospital and named William Welch, MD, medical director.
