Santa Rosa, Calif.-based neurosurgeon Thomas Keller, MD, was charged with unlawful distribution of painkillers and healthcare fraud.

The jury was seated Sept. 24 for the latest case against fugitive spine surgeon Atiq Durrani, MD, and Cincinnati-based Children's Hospital Medical Center.
