Dr. Phillip Porcelli joins Arkansas Surgical Hospital: 3 notes

North Little Rock-based Arkansas Surgical Hospital welcomed Phillip Porcelli, DO.

Here are three things to know.

1. Dr. Porcelli is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery. He holds Gamma Knife certification from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and North American Spine Society.

2. Dr. Porcelli received his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif.

3. He joins board-certified neurosurgeon Brad Thomas, MD, at Arkansas Surgical Hospital's Little Rock Neurosurgery Clinic.
