Spine Team Texas added Neil Patel, MD, to its team.

1. Dr. Patel will serve patients at the Southlake and Fort Worth-Alliance clinics.
2. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery.
3. A reviewer for The Global Spine Journal, Dr. Patel has also published articles in Neurosurgery Focus, Journal of Arthroplasty and The Spine Journal.
4. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Patel is also affiliated with the American Orthopaedic Association, American Medical Association, North American Spine Society and AO Spine International.
5. After earning his medical degree from University of Illinois-College of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Patel completed his residency at Wayne State University in Detroit.
6. Dr. Patel completed his spine surgery fellowship at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles.
