Here are eight spine surgeons and neurosurgeons in the news this past week.

James B. Manzanares, MD, performed Naples, Fla.-based Seaside Surgery Center's first outpatient spinal surgery.

 

Shreveport, La.-based Willis-Knighton Physician Network welcomed Jessica Wilden, MD, who established Tri-State Neurosurgery in Shreveport.

 

Neurosurgeon Robert L. Bailey, MD, will join Philadelphia-based Main Line HealthCare and Main Line Healthcare Neurosurgery on July 18.

 

American Spine surgeons Said Osman, MD, Atif Malik, MD, and Sandeep Sherlekar, MD, helped create the International Society of Endoscopic Spine Surgery.

 

Paducah, Ky.-based Lourdes and Mercy Medical Associates, along with University of Louisville (Ky.) Physicians, welcomed neurosurgeon Jonathon Couch, DO, to Paducah, Ky.-based Mercy Neurosurgery.

 

Farhad Limonadi, MD, neurosurgery director at Rancho Mirage, Calif.-based Eisenhower Neuroscience Institute, launched a Kickstarter to help fund Monolith Posture Coach's production.
