AOSpine Masters Series releases 4th volume on spinal deformities: 5 things to know

The fourth volume of the AOSpine Masters Series has been released.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. AOSpine Masters Series Volume 4: Adult Spinal Deformities focuses on strategies for managing the most common adult spinal deformities.

 

2. The volume includes chapters on osteotomies for rigid spinal deformities and postoperative coronal decompensation in adult deformity.

 

3. Kenneth M.C. Cheung, MD, vice president of the Scoliosis Research Society is one of three authors of the volume.

 

4. Lawrence G. Lenke, MD, surgeon-in-chief of the spine hospital at New York-Presbyterian/Allen and director of spinal deformity surgery at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York, is another author.

 

5. The AOSpine Masters Series is a co-publication of Thieme and the AOSpine Foundation and it includes spine specialists' expertise and recommendations on a particular topic.
