Steven Cyr, MD, was named chief of staff at Victory Medical Center Landmark in San Antonio.

Cleveland Clinic Spine Surgery at Fisher-Titus, a new spine surgery program being offered at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio, is being headed by Don K. Moore, MD.

 

A. Nick Shamie, MD, was appointed chief of orthopedic spine surgery at David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles.

William C. Watters III, MD, was named president of the North American Spine Society for the 2013-2014 year.

 

Robert J. Weil, MD, was named chief medical executive for the northeast region and associate chief scientific officer of Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System.
