Intrinsic Therapeutics named Mike Lytle and Dave Decker as vice presidents of sales in the West and East regions, respectively.
Both have more than 30 years of experience in medtech. Mr. Lytle spent over a decade as assistant vice president at Orthofix and spent six years as senior sales director at NuVasive. Mr. Decker was also named assistant vice president at SeaSpine, and he spent 11 years as an area sales director with NuVasive.
“Their appointment marks an important step forward in our mission to end needless suffering for high-risk discectomy patients,” CEO Keith Valentine said in the release. “Having worked alongside them for nearly two decades, I know firsthand their professionalism, integrity, and ability to deliver results through a culture of accountability. With their leadership, we are poised to reach more patients, empower more surgeons, and make our vision a reality.”
