The move comes weeks after IMAC Holdings sold its retail spine company, The BackSpace to Curis Functional Health.
IMAC’s merger would combine Brain Scientific’s diagnostic and motion technologies with IMAC’s regenerative rehabilitation services, according a March 20 news release. Hassan Kotob, CEO of Brain Scientific, is slated to lead the combined company.
IMAC Holding’s two business segments comprise outpatient facilities and clinical research. Brain Scientific has more than 24 patents and focuses on EEG technology.
