The six board-certified surgeons joining FVO are:
- Anthony Savino, MD, spine
- Michael Kogan, MD, sports medicine
- Vincent Cannestra, MD, joint replacement
- James Seeds, MD, sports medicine
- Joshua Alpert, MD, sports medicine
- Lauren Matteini, MD, spine
The additions will bring FVO to 19 physicians and expand the practice’s presence in Barrington, Algonquin and Elgin, all in Illinois.
FVO has two offices in Geneva, Ill., and one in Elgin. Its ASC began offering same-day total shoulder replacement surgery in 2016.
