Dr. Jimenez is using Centinel Spine’s motion-preserving Prodisc implant, according to a Nov. 16 news release. He is one of two surgeons in Illinois providing two-level replacements.
“For us, mobility is key,” he said in a statement. “We want to make sure the patient has the best opportunity to return to their normal or better range of motion as possible while ultimately being pain-free.”
Prodisc is the only implant approved for two-level disc replacement.
