Here are three things to know:
1. Different amounts of sleep can help in different areas and different ways. For instance, lying down for half-an-hour promotes physical wellbeing and improves your mood and memory. A 20 minute nap can sharpen your senses and revitalize you, and a 10 minute one can leave you feeling more cheerful.
2. Support your neck with a good pillow when sleeping, and be sure to lie down on a comfortable mattress or couch.
