Dr. Malik received his medical degree from the University of Punjab, Rawalpindi School of Medicine in Punjab, Pakistan. He received his neurosurgical training at the University of Washington in Seattle and Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Street graduated from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in orthopedic surgery at The University of Texas Medical School, Hermann Hospital in Houston.
Dr. Subramanian received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Services Center in Shreveport. He completed his orthopedic surgery training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and a spine surgery fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York.
