The Renaissance is Mazor’s next generation robotic guidance system for spine surgery. Dr. Francis has an expertise in scoliosis and deformity correction, which he will begin to perform with the Renaissance system at Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital before the end of the year.
The system includes a robotic device that mounts above the patient’s spine and a workstation running advanced surgical planning software. The system is clinically proven to increase the accuracy of spinal implants.
