Florida children’s hospital gets $75K to support neurosurgery program

Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida received a $75,000 donation it will use to support its neurosurgery program, South Florida Hospital News reported Jan. 14.

Members of the Forest Country Club made the donation as part of its goal to raise $1 million for the Fort Myers-based hospital. 

The hospital’s neurosurgery program includes brain surgery, cranial and peripheral nerve pain surgery, and spine surgery.

Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida is part of the Lee Health system.
