Dr. McCarter’s expertise includes image-guided spine and joint injections with fluoroscopy and ultrasound, electrodiagnostic testing and minimally invasive procedures, according to a March 4 news release. He will practice out of the Clayton, Smithfield and Raleigh, N.C. locations.
Dr. McCarter earned his medical degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, and he completed his residency at Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Carolinas Rehab in Charlotte, N.C.
