As the civil trial against Atiq Durrani, MD, continues, the fugitive spine surgeon’s attorney asked the judge to not allow the testimony of a surgeon who would have been critical of Dr. Durrani.

Afshin Razi, MD, was appointed vice chair and residency program director of New York City-based Maimonides Medical Center’s orthopedics department.
