The Aquamantys system helps to minimize blood loss and reduce transfusion rates during spine surgery. The Misonix Ultrasonic device aims to preserves soft tissue such as the spinal membrane, reducing the possibility of complications such as spinal fluid leakage. The device emulsifies bone during laminectomy for discectomy or stenosis.
