Dr. Walter Carlson named to South Dakota Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners

South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard named Walter O. Carlson, MD, to the State Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners, according to a Sioux Falls Business Journal report.

Dr. Daugaard is an orthopedic spine surgeon providing care at Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Orthopedic Institute. He focuses on spine surgery and total joints. He has completed a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic and scoliosis at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.
