Dr. Belanger practices with Texas Back Institute in Rockwall.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison and conducted his residency at Michigan State University Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. Dr. Belanger completed his spinal surgery and spinal cord injury fellowship at Case Western University in Cleveland.
