Dr. McGowan earned his medical degree from Long Island, N.Y.-based Stony Brook University. He completed his residency at Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke’s University Health Network and completed an orthopedic spine surgery fellowship at Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical Center. He specializes in robotics and minimally invasive surgery.
