Dr. Richard Obedian to Begin Mentoring Young Medical Professionals

Richard Obedian, MD, director of Island Spine and Sports in Hicksville, N.Y., announced his plans to begin mentoring young surgeons and medical professionals in the coming year.

Dr. Obedian has started reaching out to new surgeons in his area. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at NYU Langone Medical Center’s Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York. He has also completed a fellowship in spinal surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
