Neil Patel, MD, is the new president and board chair of Spine Team Texas, he said in a Jan. 14 LinkedIn post.
Dr. Patel has worked with the Southlake-based practice since 2016 as a spine surgeon, according to his LinkedIn profile. He serves as a partner and was previously chair of its quality and safety committee. Dr. Patel also founded the practice’s innovation committee.
Before joining Spine Team Texas, he was with Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southlake.
Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, and he completed his residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit.
