Michael Roh, MD, the co-founder of the Rockford (Ill.) Spine Center spoke about modern spine surgery techniques at the annual OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center Theodor Lang May Day Conference in Rockford, according to a Rockford Register Star report.
The conference offers continuing education for primary care physicians and medical and surgical specialists, as well as residents, physician assistants and nurses.
At the conference, Dr. Roh discussed techniques for reducing post-operative infections, minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal disc replacement and correction of complex spinal deformities, according to the report.
