Dr. McFarland performed the outpatient cases at Mercy Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, according to a June 10 news release shared with Becker’s. The cases were a first for the Newport News region.
One patient was 91, and the other was 53. Both had a history of chronic vertebrogenic back pain.
