Three things to know:
1. Dr. Erickson repaired a stress fracture in the spine of 19-year-old Katie Kingston, who had been experiencing back pain for seven years.
2. Using Medtronic’s Mazor X robotic technology, Dr. Erickson successfully implanted two rods and four screws in her back.
3. Children’s Hospital Colorado is one of only three U.S. pediatric hospitals in the country using the Mazor X system.
