Jonathan Rasouli, MD, joined NeuroSpine Plus in Paramus, N.J., after working with Northwell Health in New Hyde Park, N.Y., he said in an April 22 email to Becker’s.
Five things to know:
1. Dr. Rasouli, a board-certified spinal neurosurgeon, joined the indepdendent practice after serving as director of complex and adult spinal deformity surgery at Staten Island University Hospital for nearly five years, he said.
2. Dr. Rasouli specializes in complex and adult spinal deformity surgery. At NeuroSpine Plus, he will focus on advanced complex and minimally invasive spine procedures and individualized, patient-centered concierge spine care.
3. He will practice alongside Edward Scheid, MD, as part of the group’s continued expansion across the New Jersey and New York markets.
4. Dr. Rasouli earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency at Mount Sinai Health System, both in New York City.
5. He also has fellowship training in spine surgery from Cleveland Clinic.
