Dr. Meincke completed fellowship training in conservative and surgical care of spine conditions from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He will provide care at Agnesian’s Ripon (Wis.) Medical Center, according to the report.
