Spine surgeon Jeffrey Hills, MD, joined SMAIO’s scientific advisory board, according to a May 11 news release.
Dr. Hills specializes in complex spine conditions. As part of the board he will support SMAIO through technological developments, clinical validation of products and collaborative initiatives. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, and he completed his residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
“Joining SMAIO’s scientific advisory board represents an opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative solutions in spinal surgery,” Dr. Hills said in the release. “The integration of clinical data and predictive analytics tools is essential to improving patient outcomes.
