The task force is the designated medical and business consortium for advising the city’s officials on the safe reopening of the economy in Orange County, Calif.

The panel reviews epidemiological trends as well as federal, state and local guidance to develop safe pathways for social and business reintegration.

“Reopening commerce is something which must be approached conservatively and with caution, or all of the work done to slow the spread of the virus could be potentially reversed,” Dr. Gross told KTVN.

In 2016, Dr. Gross founded Spine, a private practice with locations in Henderson, Nev., and Newport Beach. He specializes in the treatment of spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and spinal tumors.
