The 15th edition of Top Doctors: New York Metro Area features more than 5,500 primary care and specialty care physicians in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Here are five highlights:
1. Dr. Lowenstein is among the top 10 percent of physicians in the metro region.
2. A board-certified adult and pediatric spine surgeon, Dr. Lowenstein serves as director of Morristown Medical Center’s Scoliosis and Spinal Deformity Center.
3. He specializes in treating spinal deformity, disc herniations as well as stenosis of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.
4. Dr. Lowenstein performs complex revision surgery for failed back syndrome and minimally invasive spine surgery.
5. He completed his spine surgery fellowship at Emory Spine Center/Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.
