1. Dr. Colman is a professor of neurosurgery who focuses on the treatment of primary and metastatic brain tumors.
2. He is a member of the brain tumor research team and leader of the center for neurologic cancers at Huntsman Cancer Institute at the university.
3. The professorships were funded by the Huntsman family in honor of the late Jon Huntsman Sr., a billionaire chemical industrialist from Utah.
4. The chairs will serve five-year terms, finishing in June 2024.
