OLLIF is a minimally invasive treatment for a variety of spinal conditions, resulting in a smaller incision, less tissue damage, less blood loss and a faster recovery time, according to an April 4 press release.

Dr. Abbasi has performed several OLLIF surgeries in the U.S. and the Middle East. He has also invented several spinal implants and surgical techniques.

Centro de Cirugia Ambulatoria is a leading ASC in Ecuador, with state-of-the-art facilities and high marks for patient safety.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
