Dr. Vinas practiced in the Daytona Beach, Fla., area for more than 20 years, specializing in minimally invasive surgery, cervical artificial disc replacement, brain tumor and cervical arthroplasty.
He earned his medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba in Argentina before moving to the U.S.
Dr. Vinas completed his residency at Henry Ford Hospital and fellowship at Wayne State University, both in Detroit.
He is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
