Dr. Eren Kuris returns to University Orthopedics after spine fellowship

Providence, R.I.-Based University Orthopedics has welcomed the return of Eren Kuris, MD, after he spent one year away completing a spine surgery fellowship.

Over the past year, Dr. Kuris focused on complex spine conditions as a fellow at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

He specializes in the treatment of degenerative conditions, spinal deformities, trauma and infections.

Dr. Kuris completed an orthopedic residency and a trauma fellowship at Brown University’s Warren Alpert School of Medicine in Providence, where he is an assistant professor of orthopedics. 

He also serves on the North American Spine Society’s SpinePAC Advisory Committee and the Political Engagement Committee and is spine section editor for the fifth edition of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association Core Curriculum.
