Dr. Kasow received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, W. Va. He completed his orthopedic residency at the Medical College of Georgia in August, Ga., and completed a fellowship in spinal surgery at the Spine Education and Research Institute in Denver, Colo.
