Dr. Cook focuses on the treatment of degenerative problems, trauma, tumors infections and deformities of the spine.
He earned his medical degree at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee. Following medical school Dr. Cook completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans and a spine fellowship at Leatherman Spine Center in Louisville, Ky.
Orthopaedic Associates features seven board-certified orthopedic physicians and has two satellite locations in Destin and Niceville, Fla.
