Dr. Wong is a neurosurgeon who specializes in degenerative spine conditions, complex spinal deformities and spinal trauma, according to an Aug. 30 news release. Endoscopic spine procedures aim to reduce muscle dissection, lower postoperative pain and quicken recovery.
Dr. Wong’s patient had a degenerative disc with spondylolisthesis, progressive disc space collapse and severe spinal stenosis resulting in intractable low back pain and left leg pain. After surgery, the patient had no lower back pain and “complete resolution” of leg symptoms.
