Dr. Adesh Tandon joins UHS Health System in New York — 5 highlights

Binghamton, N.Y.-based UHS Health System welcomed Adesh Tandon, MD, to their neurosurgery department.

Here are five highlights:

1. Dr. Tandon previously was an attending physician and neurosurgery assistant professor at Valhalla, N.Y.-based Westchester Medical Center.

 

2. Previous employers also included Charlottesville-based University of Virginia, New York City-based Montefiore Medical Center and New York City-based Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

 

3. He specializes in treating brain and spinal injuries.

 

4. Dr. Tandon is affiliated with Society of Neuro-Oncology, North American Skull Base Society, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons.

 

5. He completed a neuro-oncology fellowship at the University of Virginia.
