Dr. Adebukola Onibokun opens San Jose Neurospine

Adebukola Onibokun, MD, recently opened a new spine center in San Jose, Calif.

San Jose Neurospine is focused on minimally invasive spine surgery, disc replacement and second opinion spine surgery. The practice services Silicon Valley and Northern California. Dr. Onibokun performs less invasive spinal fusions, lateral procedures, AxiaLIF, robotic-assisted spine surgery and microdiscectomy, among other procedures.

 

Dr. Onibokun previously served as chief of neurosurgery at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in the Chicago area and established the hospital’s minimally invasive spine surgery program. He performed more than 2,000 successful operations throughout his career.

 

Dr. Onibokun is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and has authored several research articles related to spine surgery.

 

Dr. Onibokun earned his medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School and completed his residency in neurosurgery at UCLA Medical Center.
