Craig Hospital Proposes $90M Expansion of its Spinal Cord, Brain Injury Facilities

Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colo., a long-term acute-care and rehabilitation hospital specializing in spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, is proposing a $90 million expansion and renovation project, according to a report by Our Colorado News.

The proposal includes adding two floors to the east building and one floor to the north building, according to the report.

The plan also includes a request to close a block of a street, which would be used as a drop-off area to the main entrance and would include a garden. 

The hospital plans to schedule a neighborhood meeting to explain its expansion proposal to neighbors.
