2. He is involved in international research of the oblique lateral interbody fusion procedure and teaches minimally invasive spine surgery techniques to surgeons around the globe.
3. He is a part of the Expert Distinguished Doctors Network, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons and North American Spine Society.
4. Dr. Woods previously served as the director of the spinal center at Loma Linda University Medical Center- Murrieta (Calif.).
5. He completed a minimally invasive and complex spine fellowship at Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
