Paradigm, a specialty care management organization focused on complex injuries and diagnoses, appointed Jim Ryan to its board of directors.
Mr. Ryan has more than three decades of leadership experience in the workers’ compensation, claims management and risk solutions sectors. He most recently served as global COO at Sedgwick, according to a Aug. 20 news release from Paradigm.
During his tenure at Sedgwick, Mr. Ryan held a series of senior roles working with payers and employers across complex claims programs.
