1. Cape Neurological Associates includes Joel W. Ray, MD, and David G. Yingling, MD.

 

2. Dr. Ray has extensive training in spinal fusion and a number of other neurosurgical procedures.

 

3. He completed his neurological surgery residency at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.

 

4. Dr. Yingling completed his neurosurgery residency at Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center Hospital and Albany Veteran’s Administration Hospital.
